The venue is really unsuitable for photography. As with many previous events, little consideration is given to the aesthetics of the 'stage' while much effort is channeled towards costumes, make-up and choreography. Here at the OCM Indoor Sports Centre, the floor is completely surrounded by ugly white plastic chairs. There are white lines on the badminton court floor, waiters are crossing everywhere and there are gaudy disco lights to boot! Having said that, I understand this is a dinner event to raise funds and staging costs are kept minimal.
