Ho Chi Minh City, 6th October 2008: Method To The Madness. While it may seem crazily chaotic, there is little weaving or other rude road manners as frequently encountered in KL. You haven't lived life till you cross a street in Saigon. Just walk straight into the flowing stream of motorcycles and they will skillfully evade you. Only if you hesitate or step backwards, will you get knocked down.
