Kuala Lumpur, 19th November, 2009 – Remember the days when every phone aspired to be smaller than the competition? Not anymore. The game has changed with the advent of fast mobile internet. Rich applications such as assisted GPS, full-screen web browsers and YouTube are now available on the cellular phone through broadband and fast data connections. But all is well and good only when you have a decently sized screen.

Now with the HTC HD2's really large capacitive touch screen (4.3 inch in 480x800 WVGA resolution), every app shines. The phone is also fitted with a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera combined with dual LED flash light. Installed with the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 and powered by a 1 GHz processor, the touch screen experience is further enhanced by the intuitive HTC Sense interface.

The new HTC HD2 will be available from end of November at all authorized resellers in Malaysia at a suggested retail price of RM 2,899*. Standard retail HTC HD2 package will come with a 8GB microSD™ card.
