Directions: From Jalan University, travel towards Rothmans Roundabout and SS2. After the new flyover above Bulatan Unversity Roundabout, you will see Jaya 1 at the junction of Jalan 13/6 on your left.
Info / Insights: Owned and developed by Tetap Tiara Sdn Bhd, Jaya One is a business and lifestyle park fronting Jalan University. It is one of many "concept business parks" mushrooming in the Klang Valley recently. Competition is keen but Jaya One is well-patronised because of its location, design and mix of tenants.
Under its roof is Palm Square, a section housing bars, cafes, bistros and restaurants. There are over 40 dining and entertainment outlets there, in addition to regular retailers and other businesses.
